Terms and Conditions of Sale

Who we are

We are Kaimanawa Heritage Horse Welfare Society Incorporated (KHH). In these terms and conditions we refer to ourselves as "we" or "us".

These terms and conditions apply whenever we supply goods or services to you.


Unless specified otherwise, delivery is by standard NZ Post mail service. We aim to ship your purchases within a few days, and standard NZ Post delivery time-frames apply.

Electronic Delivery

Purchases of non-physical goods and services may be delivered electronically by email using the address supplied to us during the checkout process.


If you need to return anything then please contact us. 

Please be careful when shopping as we do not have to accept a return if you have simply changed your mind, but we may be able to accommodate you in some circumstances. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.


We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Please contact us in writing to discuss whether your order can be cancelled.


Goods will not be shipped, and services will not be provided, until full payment has been made and has cleared into our accounts.


We can change our prices at any time, and without prior notice. 


Consumer Guarantees Act

Purchases you make through us may be subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit your rights as defined by the Act.
